Experiencing

I have been thinking about you lots lately. I feel the need to connect with you. This time of year is a roller coaster of emotions for everyone, but i find myself extra sensitive to it. The highs are the highest and the lows are the lowest. Its incredibly powerful. Emotions... What are we to make of them? Feelings? They deceive us and control us. Or we deceive and control them? Who knows? I know i don't. What rings true to me is this, weather we are the ones controlling or being controlled, its about the experience. It is what makes us, well us. We are beings experiencing. The fact that we are able to feel is the greatest gift of all, although sometimes it seems the opposite.
